How to Perform This Exericse:

1) Straddling a flat bench holding a dumbbell in your hand in the palm up position over the edge of the bench, with the forearm flat against the bench.

2) Pull your hand inward toward your body.

3) Return the weight slowly to the fully extended position over the edge of the bench.
