ChestHow to Perform This Exericse:
1) Start in the seated position on a machine with handles in the arms outstretched position.
2) Keep your butt firmly against the seat, chest expanded, and hands facing inward.
3) Without bending your arms, or minimally bending them, bring your hands toward one another.
4) Slowly return your arms to the maximally outstretched position, while keeping your chest expanded.
Notes:
Keeping your chest expanded during this exercise is the key to maximally working out your pecs. If you do not do this, you will be hitting your deltoids along with your chest, which is undesirable.
