How to Perform This Exericse:

1) Start in the bent over position in front of a handle attached to a cable that is set at the height of your hip.

2) Begin by bringing the handle with your palm facing the floor to the arm maximally extended position.  Remember to lock your elbow at your side, keeping it stationary.

3) Slowly bring your arm back to the fully flexed position which you started in, without moving your elbow from beside your body.

At the end of the movement, it might be helpful to rotate your hand outward as much as possible, to ensure maximal contraction of your medial tricep.
