Close Grip Barbell Rows

How to Perform This Exericse:

1) Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart, bent at the knees, gripping a barbell just outside of your knees.

2) Begin by bringing the barbell along your legs(As if dragging, but not touching), until you meet your stomach.

3) Arch your back and stick out your chest at the top of the exercise.

4) Slowly return back to the beginning of the exercise with your hands clutching the barbell just above your knees.

Notes:
Arching your upper back is very important in order to get a full contraction and maximal use of this exercise.
